1. Membership

Access to the platform requires approval by ReSteel. The platform is for registered companies in the metal and manufacturing industries.

2. Listings

Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listings. ReSteel reserves the right to remove listings that breach the terms.

3. Trading

The platform facilitates contact between buyers and sellers. All trade agreements are entered into directly between the parties. ReSteel is not a party to the trades.

4. Pricing and access

ReSteel is currently free to use. There is no membership fee, no signup fee and no commission on trades. If payment is introduced later, users will be informed separately under the applicable terms.

5. Limitation of liability

ReSteel is not liable for the quality, delivery or payment of materials traded via the platform.
