1. Membership

Access to the platform requires approval by an administrator. Only registered Danish companies within the metal industry can become members.

2. Listings

Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listings. ReSteel reserves the right to remove listings that breach the terms.

3. Trading

The platform facilitates contact between buyers and sellers. All trade agreements are entered into directly between the parties. ReSteel is not a party to the trades.

4. Subscription

New members get a free trial on the current terms. If the subscription is not cancelled before it ends, it becomes a paid membership and the company is then bound for 12 months. Payment can be by credit card or invoice. Monthly payment is DKK 498 excl. VAT with no discount. Paying 12 months by card includes one extra month free (DKK 5,976 excl. VAT for 13 months). Invoice payments have no discount. Campaign discounts for a referral or a set number of listings are given as an extension after the commitment period, without charge before the next invoice, and can only be used once.

5. Limitation of liability

ReSteel is not liable for the quality, delivery or payment of materials traded via the platform.
